Caitlin
Sweet Caitlin was my last grad of the year having chose to have her session a few days after grad. Caitlin was so much fun, she wanted the session taken at her acreage, and I must say what a gorgeous yard! There were so many different places and spaces to use; and I loved their old tree house. Caitlin was telling me how when her and her sister were young they used play up there all the time and would even sleep under the stars in their tree house; so of course I definitely made use of this tree house. I love it when I get to photograph people in places that have meaning to them, I think it makes the photos that much more special! As always I have posted some of my favorites below to check out!
I must say I really have had such a wonderful group of grads to photograph this year and am kind of sad that the season is over! Congratulations to the class of 2010 and best of luck in the future!
Keeley
Keeley, yet another beautiful grad with probably one of the most amazing "grad" cars I've ever seen. Through family connections they were able to rent this incredible lamborghini for the day. Now normally when a studio session is booked it usually solely takes place in the studio but when I saw this car I had to suggest we take a few outside with it; couldn't pass up this opportunity for me and for Keeley and of course she was up for more photos! Well I have posted some from both the studio and outside with the car, check em out. This girl is stunning!

Brittany
This post is short and sweet and all about beautiful Brittany! What can I say it was another amazing grad session; sometimes having the session on grad day can become stressful as there is so much going on, but that was definitely not the case with Brittany. She was just enjoying every moment of this special day, which was great because grad day as I remember was over so fast. I had a great time photographing Brittany, as her hair was partially down and her dress had such an etherealness about it I had to bring out the fan for a few shots. I loved how they turned out, I really love when you can create movement in a photo. Well once again I've posted some of my most favorite photos from the session, enjoy!

Kristopher
I definitely do not photograph near as many guys as I do girls when it comes to senior/graduation portraits. And to be honest most of the guys are really there to please their moms and don't really get into the session. Kristopher was totally the opposite, he wanted something fun, cool, and different so when I suggested we go out to my father's farm and do the session using my grandfather's old house he was all over it! This was definitely another one of my favorite sessions, not only was it just Kristopher but he brought out his five best friends and his puppy to get some photos taken together as well.
I had definitely had a blast with this group, plus I love when I get to photograph out at the farm. There are just so many cool places, the houses, the rail tracks, the old car, the list can go on. Anyways, check out some of my faves that I posted below :)

Robyn
I always have a great time photographing the different graduates from the local high schools, and this year was no different. Robyn, another gorgeous grad from LCHS became a little muse for me during our session. It was one of those perfect days, overcast with hints of sunshine and a near deserted park; allowing me to turn ol' Bud Miller into my little photographic playground. Right away there was a great connection with Robyn, she was so amazing to photograph. I like to think of her as my little Alice in Wonderland, as the shoot went on I felt like that theme began to creep into the photos and she really reminded me of Alice; the recent film version that is.
Here are some of the ones I liked best from our wicked "Alice-esque" senior photo session; Enjoy!!!

Catie
I must start by saying there are still a few more blog posts to come filled with graduation awesomeness! This one focuses on the ever gorgeous Catie. Seriously I have had the most amazing luck when it comes to weather for these seniors; for this day the sun was shining, a few clouds, and wasn't even too hot outside; the only thing I guess I would have changed would be the pesky mosquitos that liked to snack on us.
Once again I had such a great time photographing Catie, this girl is so much fun! We wondered around Bud Miller Park and found some great spaces for great photos. I fell in love with this one tree, the shadows being cast by the sun were just too hard to resist as you will see! Well here are some of my favorites, check em out and as always comments are thoroughly welcome :)
Hope everyone has a most wonderful long weekend!

Jasmine
Beautiful Jasmine is another graduate, this time from Holy Rosary High School. She was looking for a mix of photos; some outside at Bud Miller Park and the others in our studio. Well the day was almost perfect, beautiful weather outside and wonderful air conditioning on the inside! Jasmine was such a fun girl, definitely had a great time photographing her. And I must say her dress looked stunning, wanting something different than classmates she had it custom made in Saskatoon; very cool! I've posted some of my favorites from the session, enjoy!

Hailee
Hailee is another beautiful graduate. Although the original plan was for outside photographs, this being Alberta the weather wasn't exactly cooperative; that Saturday it decided that even though it was the end of May why not give us one last snow storm! So we moved the session into the studio, and had a lot of fun while staying warm and dry! Here are some of my favorites from the session, enjoy!

Roxy
So it is that time of year again, graduation! I still remember the excitement of buying the dress, planning the hair, and counting the days until the big day! It was such an exciting time, at least for me, but more so because I was so happy to start summer holidays and get ready for my next journey... university!
Well with graduation comes graduation photos... Roxy was my first grad of the year and the day could not have been more perfect. Apart from a couple little rain drops we had a beautiful warm and mostly cloudy day! Roxy doesn't actually have her grad until the end of June but I love it when grads decide to have their photos earlier. They are so much more relaxed and there are not time constraints which always makes for great photography! Needless to say we definitely had fun walking around Bud Miller Park and taking fun and beautiful photos! Also can't forget to mention how gorgeous Roxy looked!
Here are some of my faves from the session :)
